REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM

REKLAIM is dedicated to selling only authentic items. For a period of two years following purchase of an
eligible item from our REKLAIM RETAIL PARTNERS, REKLAIM will refund the purchase price of any item
determined by REKLAIM not to be authentic, provided that all of the ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS set
forth below are met. If you believe a REKLAIM item purchased with a valid REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF
AUTHENTICITY may not be authentic, and have obtained an expert opinion confirming the lack of
authenticity of the item, please submit a claim (Claim) to info@reklaim.net as described below:

REKLAIM REFUND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

For an item to be eligible (“ELIGIBLE ITEM”) for a refund through the REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF
AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM the following requirements must be met:

- The item must be sold by a REKLAIM RETAIL PARTNER accompanied by a REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF
  AUTHENTICITY card.  
- The item must be registered with the REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM within 30 days
  of purchase by the original purchaser (Purchaser) using the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY card and the
  Item SKU number.  
- The Purchaser must continue to own the item at the time the Claim is submitted and must submit the
  Claim no later than two years after the date of purchase.  
- The Claim must be submitted to REKLAIM via email at: info@reklaim.net, and must include the copies of
  the following documents and photos:

  1. A valid purchase receipt issued to the original Purchaser that clearly identifies
     the item, the merchant from whom the item was purchased, and the amount paid for
     the item.
  2. The CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY card received at the time of purchase.
  3. A valid driver's license or passport of the Purchaser.
  4. A written opinion of a jeweler or other expert as to the non-authenticity of the
     item.
  5. High-definition photos of the item.

REKLAIM CLAIM PROCESS
Upon receipt of a Claim, the REKLAIM team will review the information provided by you. If all required
information is provided, we will request that you send the item to us for re-authentication. In such an
event, we will supply a shipping label for you to ship the item to us. We may have the item
authenticated by one or more reputable, independent experts.

Following receipt of any item, we will either accept or reject the Claim, or seek additional information,
typically within ten (10) business days.
If REKLAIM confirms the item as Authentic, you will be charged the cost of shipping both to and from
RKLM back to you.
If REKLAIM determines the item is not Authentic and all other ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS are met,
REKLAIM will issue a refund to you in the amount of the original purchase receipt and will retain the
item. Payment will be made via wire transfer or another method acceptable to REKLAIM and the
Purchaser.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
REKLAIM has no affiliation with, and the Certificate of Accreditation is not approved or authorized by,
any manufacturer or other seller. Original brand manufacturers do not authenticate items sold through
REKLAIM RETAIL PARTNERS and do not endorse, sponsor, authorize or have any other connection to
REKLAIM, the REKLAIM RETAIL PARTNERS or the REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM.
The REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM is not a warranty or guarantee, and does not
assure the condition, functionality or fitness for use of any product sold by REKLAIM RETAIL PARTNERS,
though Purchasers may have warranty rights under applicable law.
REKLAIM will not be liable for damages of any kind, and its sole obligation under the CERTIFICATE OF
AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM shall be to refund the purchase price if a Claim is validly submitted for an item
that REKLAIM determines is not authentic as set forth in the REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
issued to the Purchaser of an ELIGIBLE ITEM at the time of sale.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can open a Claim?
The original purchaser must make the Claim within two years following the date of Purchase from an
authorized REKLAIM RETAIL PARTNER.
The original purchaser must have received a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY at the time of purchase and
must have registered the item with the REKLAIM CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM within 30
days following the date of purchase and obtained a REGISTRATION NUMBER from REKLAIM at that time.
The Claim must meet all of the REKLAIM Eligibility Requirements set forth above.

Can I transfer my rights to another party?
Currently only the original purchaser is eligible to make a claim.

How long do I have to make a Claim?
The Claim must be made within two years from the date of purchase. It is not extendable for periods
beyond two years.

What counts as Proof of Purchase?
The order to qualify as a proof of purchase, the Purchaser must submit the purchase receipt issued to
the original Purchaser clearly identifying the item, the selling merchant and the amount paid for the
item. This may be a combination of documents that may include, but is not limited to, a merchant
generated receipt, a credit card receipt identifying the merchant and the Purchaser and other
documents.

How are Claims paid?
Refunds are made via wire transfer or another method acceptable to REKLAIM and the Purchaser.

Can I challenge the findings of the Dispute process?
No. The findings of the REKLAIM Dispute process are final.
